Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns.Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase,Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
For wigs, Lace should be intact and hair unwashed. you can not apply heat or styling products or perfumes. Pictures with intact lace are required.
For bundles weft,, that weft must not be unfolded, worn, or tampered with.

The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information in any case. Also, Pls do not refuse packages even if you don't want the hair anymore, we can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service

 

Note

To start a return, you can contact us by email . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend shipping packages back using USPS with a tracking number  for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
