1.ARE YOUR WIGS HUMAN HAIR?

Yes. all of our wig is 100% human hair.

 

2.HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

we accept returns on all product within 15 days of receipt. We also accept exchange within 15 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged wig. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

 

3.Why does it show delivered, but I did not receive?

Please have a check in your mailbox and asked your neighbors if they have your package.

4.HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. If your address is UK, we will pay for the custom tax to your Country, we will use GES deliver your parcel to your Country, then DHL will accept and continue delivery your parcel.
